P1 Wraps has completed an installation of non-PVC wraps for King’s College London’s new fleet of electric vans

West Sussex vehicle branding specialist P1 Wraps has completed a six-vehicle full-wrap project for King’s College London, using a complete non-PVC 3M Envision graphics system selected to complement the university’s environmental objectives.

The project, completed during June 2026, was brought to P1 Wraps by Wessex Fleet, which was supplying the newly leased vehicles to King’s College London.

Five brand-new electric Ford Transit Customs were delivered together to P1 Wraps’ Bognor Regis headquarters, followed slightly later by a larger electric Ford Transit.

King’s College London wanted the vehicle graphics specification to reflect the same sustainability thinking behind operating an electric fleet.

P1 Wraps recommended 3M Envision Print Wrap Film LX480mC together with 3M Envision Gloss Wrap Overlaminate 8548G – a complete non-PVC print-film and overlaminate system.

The original livery was designed by Day 1 Communications and transferred to P1 Wraps who then adapted the supplied creative for production across the five Transit Customs and translated the same visual identity onto the larger Ford Transit.

The large-format graphics were printed in-house on the company’s HP Latex equipment at P1 HQ in Bognor Regis. All six vehicles were fully wrapped, with large printed panels installed across the exterior bodywork to create the finished King’s College London liveries.

Following completion, the vehicles were professionally collected by Wessex Fleet and transported individually to King’s College London. The vans support King’s Estates & Facilities operation across its London campuses.
