The Printing Charity has launched a new community resource focused on wellbeing

The Printing Charity has announced the launch of its Wellbeing Community, a free, tailored support to help those responsible for workplace wellbeing within the sector further support their teams.

Everyone who plays a part in workplace wellbeing in their business, can sign up to tap into the Community’s free, off-the-shelf resources, including relationship managers, guidance information and materials, including expert-led workplace wellbeing webinars and presentations.

Neil Lovell, CEO of the Printing Charity, said: “We know that supporting workplace wellbeing effectively really matters to businesses in our sectors.

“We hear this time and again from people we work with, and findings from the sector-wide research we ran last summer reinforced it: more than seven in ten have a strong sense of workplace belonging and inclusion.

“But we also know from the same conversations that for people leading businesses in our sectors it can feel daunting and challenging to know how to develop a workplace wellbeing programme, particularly against the backdrop of so many competing demands for their time.

“The Wellbeing Community is a route through which the Printing Charity can help wellbeing champions in businesses #BeTheChange by accessing workplace wellbeing support entirely free of charge, offering straightforward and tailored resources for businesses of all sizes.”

Making workplace wellbeing a priority can also have a proven positive impact on bottom lines too, as the London School of Economics found during a large-scale study, that a ‘meaningful increase’ in employee wellbeing yields, on average, a productivity increase of around 10%.
