Fujifilm Acuity Select 20 series released

Fujifilm has released the Acuity Select 20 series of UV flatbed printers to replace its Acuity Advance Select series. They will be showcased at Fespa Digital 2016.

The Acuity Select 20 series, with print speeds up to 33.6m2/hr and the ability to print on substrates up to 50.8mm thick, includes the option of using light cyan and light magenta. The new series is available in three variations (4, 6 and 8 channels) across eight new models. The printers are also available in both 2.5 x 1.25m and 2.5 x 3.08m bed sizes, with a roll option available for each.E - Acuity Select Image

A pneumatic pin registration system has been added, there’s an optional automated printhead maintenance system, and the use of the latest UV lamp technology allows for thinner, more sensitive media to be printed.A high-pressure vacuum system has been designed to reduce the need for masking of the bed for easy loading of media.
