Inca Digital creates sales division for new SpyderX printer

Inca Digital has formed a sales division specifically for the new 3.2m wide Inca SpyderX flatbed/roll-to-roll printer, which will be distributed through a global network of resellers.

Known for manufacturing the Onset printer, sold exclusively by Fujifilm, and for the Truepress Jet W3200UV printer, sold by parent company Screen GP, Inca Digital has now set-up the dedicated sales operation as part of its growth strategy. Through the new division, headed by Laura Bannister, Schneidler Grafiska in Sweden, and Digital HiRes in Spain have become the first companies to be appointed to sell the Inca SpyderX - more will follow.

The six-colour plus white SpyderX - which uses Inca ink and runs at up to 230m2/hr - is the first model to be sold through Inca’s reseller network. The intention is to add more new models over time.

“This is a significant step, but it is a natural evolution of our business,” said John Mills, CEO, Inca Digital. “Not only will our reseller partners and their customers have access to the team that designed and built these printers, but they will benefit from 24-hour rapid response, first line and online support and technical expertise provided by our highly experienced engineers.”
