F3220 Vantage
Summa has added to its F Series Vantage platform with the introduction of wide-format products, the F1832, F3220 and F3232.
The new products are designed for high-volume signage, packaging, textile, and industrial applications, and alongside the new wide-format models, the manufacturer also introduced the F1625CF, a dedicated configuration optimized for dry carbon fibre cutting.
According to Summa’s CEO, Stijn Henderickx, the F Series Vantage range can offer productivity gains of “40% and more, from sign shops to industrial floors”.
The Vantage platform delivers a 200N vertical and horizontal cutting force, a 5 HP/3.7 kW router running at up to 60,000 RPM and acceleration up to 1G.
The series is further aided by high jerk value, resulting in full speed cutting over short movements, and is powered by Summa’s GoConnect software.
Additional automation capabilities include: front, rear and 50/50 extension table configurations; standard included Operator Mode and Tandem Mode for continuous production; MiriSys-powered nesting optimisation; barcode-driven workflow automation and Heavy-Duty Roll Support (HDRS) capable of handling rolls up to 200kg.
The new F Series Vantage platform has a rigid steel chassis to provide the stability required for demanding applications, while also being easy to service as improved accessibility enables faster maintenance interventions.
The F Series Vantage offers one of the industry’s broadest tool libraries, from kiss-cutting precision tools to the strongest router in flatbed cutting.
