Paragon Group has acquired London-based creative services business Tod UK. It will be integrated into the Service Graphics Print and Design business.
Tod UK (formerly Tangent on Demand) works with the majority of ‘Campaign’s’ top 100 agencies and has a print production site in Farringdon which will become the Service Graphics Creative Services Centre of Excellence and continue to provide personalised solutions.
Mike Holyoake, Managing Director of Service Graphics, said: “The mix of highly sensory and visual capabilities, combined with the talented staff working within Tod, makes it a perfect fit for Service Graphics as we continue to expand our creative services proposition and deliver new, innovative solutions to our customers.”
