PFI Group acquires the production operations of Grafenia

Manchester-based PFI Group has agreed to acquire the production operations of Grafenia in a £3m+ deal. Works Manchester (formerly Image Everything) and the business and assets of Grafenia Operations, the wide-format and commercial print hub based in Trafford Park, Manchester, are included.

The company will enter into a five-year supply agreement under which Works Manchester will continue to manufacture and supply products to Grafenia’s Nettl and Printing.com partner network.

The transaction also secures the supply chain for the products we sell to our Nettl and printing.com partners.

The PFI Group now comprises15 businesses: PFI Signs, GB Sign Solutions, Sign Plus, Lofthus Signs, In2 Signs and Graphics, Shades Graphics, Mardan Products, Futurama Group, Insignia Signs, Creative Display, SignMaster, Jasmine, Cestrian, Kesslers, Proportion London and Works Manchester.
