d.gen launches 3.3m textile printer

New from d.gen is a grand-format textile printer called the TX3333, also known as the Teleios Grande. Launched at ITMA as the company celebrated its thirty-third birthday, the 3.3m wide machine comprises printer, heat fixation unit, fume buster, take-up unit and Rip. It has been designed for 24/7 working.

“Since the Teleios Grande is equipped with the latest version of Ricoh Gen4L, with 1152 nozzles for each colour (four colours are standard, six colours are optional) and 19.5cm of printing band, the running speed goes up to 180m2/hr in two-pass,” said Kilhun Lee, d.gen president and CEO. “From today d.gen is reborn as the most upfront digital textile printer manufacturer since it’s using its own electronic parts for the TX-3333 printer engine”

The newcomer will work with disperse dye inks and textile pigment inks.
