Dscoop launches in EMEA
Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative), the group of HP graphic arts customers, has reached the UK thanks to its expansion into EMEA. Precision Printing managing director Gary Peeling is the incoming chairman and treasurer for the EMEA region and also sits on the global Dscoop board. The UK is also represented on the EMEA board with Jon Bailey of Pro Co and Jon Tolley from the Prime Group.
Founded in 2005, Dscoop is a member-driven, not-for-profit community of graphic arts business owners and technical professionals who use HP equipment and related solutions, including HP Indigo, IHPS and Scitex kit. So far the community has 6,000 individual members and 132 partners.
Dscoop EMEA members will have access to online resources (forums, case studies, Webinars and support programmes) and the Dscoop EMEA Annual Conference, in which members meet face-to-face for extensive education and networking opportunities. Dscoop EMEA is broken into seven working committees: membership, finance, marketing, newsletter, website, forums and conference.
