C3 Imaging has been taken over by Zenith Media and Zenith Print and Packaging which has made the acquisition to widen its print services portfolio.
C3, which retains its identity, complements the Welsh-based Zenith Media’s B1 and B2 litho print capability and Zenith Print and Packaging offering.
C3 Imaging, which entered a CVA last year but came out of it prior to the buyout, has various sites throughout the UK and provides a range of digital print and graphic solutions. The company is pleased that it again has a presence in south Wales.
