On the back of its small-format UJF-3042 LED UV printer Mimaki has brought out the A2 bed-sized UJF-6042 with 150mm head height, multiple ink options and 1800 x 1800dpi resolution. Scheduled for unveiling at Photokina in late September 2012, the new machine uses a 6-colour process, white and clear inks.
The UJF-6042 sports a number of Mimaki's production print features, including the ability to use automatic primer, the Nozzle Recovery Function and Mimaki Circulation Technology - and comes supplied with Mimaki's RasterLink 6 Rip software.
