Digitl Ink develops two more inks

Digitl Ink is developing two inkjet inks with the working names of Digitl Ink Tex-AD and Digitl Ink Tex-PG. The ranges are being formulated for use with water-based wide-format Agfa, Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland printer models and are expected to be released shortly.

Tex-AD water-based inks are for printing nylon, wool and silk substrates, deep pile substrates (such as carpet), towel and tile printing. The range also comprises water-based reactive dye inks formulated for printing directly onto cellulosic fibres, cotton blends as well as nylon, wool and silk substrates. This range has better light and wash fastness and is said to require minimal pre-print or post-print treatment.

Tex-PG water-based pigment inks have been formulated for digital textile printing where additional lightfastness or durability are a pre-requisite. It requires virtually no pre-print or post-print treatment.
