Multi-Plot has extended its finishing range. It now sells the Ares Plus automatic impulse welding machine with an integrated folding unit for finishing banners, roller blinds, awnings etc. Its pneumatically controlled edge guides ensure alignment of the material and facilitate welding up to 5m. There is also an output controller for sensitive materials.
Also now available is the Matic FlexiCut, a linear cutting system for straight, fast cuts. A cutting width of up to 5m is available and it enables long fleece materials to be cut clean and straight. The distinctive feature of the machine is a round-knife cloth-cutting tool, which is particularly well-suited for stronger materials. An ultrasonic knife for cutting without any fraying is also available. Dual pressing bars prevent the fabric from sliding, enabling the electronically controlled cutting head to cut perfectly.
