Chime to integrate Icon and McKenzie Clark

Chime Communications is to fully integrate subsidiaries Icon and McKenzie Clark, making its sport and entertainment division, CSM, one of the largest branding implementation agencies in the UK. At the time of writing the group was actively seeking a site within the south-east section of the M25 area in which to house the merged operations.

The new site will encompass an upgraded production facility, studio and office functions. In the meantime there is a focus on ensuring that staff from across the organisations are retained and engaged with the merger. Alongside this the group said there is a commitment to invest in the very latest technology which will increase both the quality and capacity of projects that the new partnership will be able to handle.

The two management teams will combine and appreciate that it will be a gradual process of consolidation.
