Esko Studio software upgraded for better packaging prototype use

Avery Dennison label materials are now featured in Esko Studio software, allowing designers who model 3D packaging simulations to show what the end product will look without the need for physical prototypes.

“We have estimated that the approval process for new packaging designs will be 25% faster as a result of these new simulations, compared with conventional hardware prototypes,” said Jay Gouillard, vice president of segment innovation at Avery Dennison Materials Group.

The new simulations offer a wide selection of materials, including the Avery Dennison ultra clear ‘no-label’ look labelling materials and holographic kaleidoscope films.
