On 1 May Canon UK completed the integration of Océ into its business in the UK and Ireland. Océ is now officially a wholly owned Canon Group company operating worldwide.

The Canon UK and Ireland integration process started last September, led by Iwarsson, after Canon Inc. acquired and took full ownership of Océ in January 2012. The combined workforce is now 2150 across the UK and Ireland, headquartered at Woodhatch in Reigate, Surrey.
