Just Normlicht, a manufacturer of devices for the visual evaluation of colours and surfaces for the graphic, photographic, textile and automobile industry, will use Fespa 2013 to premiere its Just Normlicht Wall Illuminator. The company has pre-packaged five sizes (though other sizes are available) for the vertical print inspection of large-format prints.
The 5 x 5ft design uses one Just 58W moduLight installed at the correct angle and distance from the viewing wall to create an ISO 3664:2009 P1 compliant viewing area without the need for a light from the floor.
The 5 x 10ft design uses two such lights to create a viewing area for output from grand-format printers. When two lights are used for wall illumination the moduLights are set up as a master and slave combination to enable one standard electrical outlet and switch to control both units simultaneously.
An 8 x 11ft design uses two Just 58W moduLights and is for assessing the colour of window clings, store signage, building wraps, billboards and other grand-format graphics.
All models are also available with a patented Just USB interface and a SPControl which enables both ISO 3664:2009 P1 and P2 colour evaluations.
