Speedscreen, buys the first Durst Rho 1012 in Europe

Kent based print solutions company Speedscreen, has invested £780,000 in Europe's first Durst Rho 1012. The Durst flagship high speed hybrid is capable of printing a 2500mm width at speeds up to 490 m² per hour with remarkable quality. Speedscreen has agreed to have the Fespa demonstration machine ensuring they have the very first model available in the UK and indeed Europe.

Tim Hill, Managing Director of Speedscreen, explained "We have two other Durst digital printers, a Rho 800 flatbed and also a Rho 320 roll to roll machine, both have been very reliable workhorses but time and technology move on. I have been looking at replacing some analogue screen processes with a high speed flatbed for a number of years.
