The first IdeAlliance Europe Symposium ‘Future of Printing: New ISO Printing Standards’ will take place in Lyon, France on 4 November.
IdeAlliance Europe is the most recent IdeAlliance (International Digital Enterprise Alliance) affiliate, and identifies best practices for efficient end-to-end digital media workflows. Its programmes are designed to help printers learn why and how to adopt and implement international standards in their workflows.
The group’s first symposium has been organised by UNIC (the French Graphic Industry Association) and KEE Consultants, an international technical resource centre and laboratory, in co-ordination with IdeAlliance US. It is aimed at those looking to improve colour management, process efficiencies and business profitability for hybrid printing workflows and technologies.
The Symposium will present the new printing standards which will be under development or voted during the ISO meeting in Berlin from 28 October to 2 November. The full agenda can be found at http://www.ideallianceeurope.org/agenda/
