The new Color-Logic Design Suite is suite of plug-ins and palettes for graphic designers that permits gradating multiple metallic colours, one into another. The Gradation-FX technique available in the upgraded Color-Logic Design Suite enables graphic designers to create special effects that are impossible with spot metallic inks.
Color-Logic chief technical officer Richard Ainge, said: "Graphic designers using the Color-Logic Design Suite can push the boundaries of their designs and print. Metallic inks no longer need be printed as solids. With the Color-Logic Gradation-FX function, designers can blend metallic colours together, or even blend metallic colours into process colours, to create dazzling eye-catching effects."
