Process Metallic Color System developer Color-Logic has certified Case Paper Sonata Silver and Sonata Rainbow laminated paperboard substrates for use with the process in UV inkjet applications.
Mark Geeves, Color-Logic director of sales and marketing said: "Our Color-Logic certification tests clearly showed significant advantages of Case Paper Sonata Silver and Sonata Rainbow laminated paperboard substrates when used for package prototyping. Not only are these materials appropriate for use with the Color-Logic process on UV inkjet equipment, but their folding and creasing characteristics make them particularly well-suited for package prototyping."
The substrates, available in thicknesses from 0.08 to 0.024 point, are also appropriate for point-of-purchase displays, book covers, and other commercial printing applications.
