Graph-Tech founders set up inkjet integration company Radex

The founders of Graph-Tech (acquired by Domino Printing Sciences in 2012) have set up an inkjet integration company called Radex to develop complete solutions for OEM and end users.

“Many printing markets are transitioning rapidly from analog to digital, and the need for reliable industrial inkjet solutions is growing every day,” said Radex managing director Piero Pierantozzi. “Radex brings together a team that has unmatched experience in delivering complete solutions for OEM’s and end users. A complete solution is more than just a printer – it’s hardware, software and consumables all working together as a system. One of our main objectives is to implement the delivery of the system incredibly quickly. It is what we stand for: Radex – the Rapid Development Experts.”

Radex has already initiated development of core technologies, such as driver board electronics, ink and transport systems, for a variety of applications. The company works with a range of the printhead technologies and has relationships with a number of consumables vendors.
