PM opens the doors to InkTec's new UK demo suite

Prime Minister David Cameron has officially opened InkTec's product demo suite in Witney, Oxfordshire.

David Cameron opens the InkTec product demo suiteHe said at the event last Friday: “Britain and South Korea may be on different sides of the world but we have many shared values and I am proud of our long-standing relationship. That is why it is wonderful to see this Korean investment in Britain. I look forward to seeing this company go from strength to strength in the coming months and years."

Korean-based InkTec set up in the UK in 2006 and the recent expansion has been with the support of KOTRA, a South-Korean Government-funded trade and investment organisation.

Now, resellers, distributors and end customers can visit the demo suite in Witney to see InkTec's products in action, including the Jetrix KX5 UV flatbed printer, and the Roland XF-640 and Epson Sure Colour machines running InkTec’ s new Eco Nova eco solvent ink and Sublinova dye sublimation ink.

"As we move out of recession, we recognise that our customers want printers that are of a high standard and yet built for low running costs," said Dongsoo Kim, managing director of InkTec Europe. "The demo suite means visitors will be able to 'try before they buy’ and get the support, advice and guidance they need when making an important purchasing decision."
