Kiian Specialty to launch at InPrint 2014

Inks supplier Kiian Group will use InPrint 2014 in April as the launchpad for new business Kiian Specialty.

Fabio Festorazzi, CEO of Kiian Group will also assume the role of general manager for Kiian Specialty. He said of the move: “Kiian Group has always had specialty inks for both the textile and industrial markets, so to bring our expertise in line with our new focused direction makes perfect sense.”

Kiian Specialty has recruited Frank Jellinek to the role of sales and marketing director. He said: “The last few years have seen the traditional screen business live in the shadow of the high-growth digital ink segment. Now we have a strategic commitment to clearly focus upon building the specialty side of the business in order to achieve the ambitious targets the company has set itself. In 2014 Kiian Specialty Inks will launch a new benchmark setting inks for textile printing, where the company is already a leading international player. Similarly, on the industrial side we are deploying a number of technological and commercial initiatives that will propel us forward.”
