Fastsigns International has relocated its UK head office from Chesterfield to the Staffordshire Technology Park near Stafford, and announced John Davies as the new UK managing director.?
Davies, 44, has an extensive background in business development, gained during a twenty year career working within franchising, retailing, manufacturing, construction and consultancy sectors for some of the UK's leading businesses.?On his new appointment, he said: “Fastsigns has been part of the UK signage market for almost 25 years, during which time it has built a reputation as an experienced and innovative visual marketing solutions provider. With 19 regional centres, we are well placed to work on local and national signage projects. The move of the head office to Stafford makes strategic sense for a company with franchises across the UK and we're looking forward to reaping the benefits of being in a central location.”
CEO Catherine Monson added: “We're very pleased to have John on board and to have relocated the head office to Stafford. The new central location will enable us to support to the existing UK Fastsigns centres and give us space to grow. We're delighted to announce we will also be creating new jobs as we find our feet in our new location.”
A ribbon cutting was held at the company's new offices to mark the occasion with guests including Fastsigns International's senior vice president of marketing, Drue Townsend.
