Andesign installs Seiko II ColorPainter V-64S?

Andesign has bought a Seiko II ColorPainter V-64S to replace its five-year-old ColorPainter 64S. Director Andy Williams said: "We selected the ColorPainter V-64S because it provided a more environmentally friendly printing solution, as well as being a faster and technologically more advanced machine. We have always been really happy with our previous ColorPainter and selecting this machine was an easy choice for us. Since installing the V-64S it has delivered everything we expected and are confident we made an excellent decision."

The new Seiko printer, supplied by Andersons, joins another newcomer, an EFI Vutek GS3200 UV-curable flatbed and roll-fed printer which was installed to satisfy the need for high speeds at fine resolutions.

Of the Seiko II ColorPainter V-64S Williams added: "We have provided some really impressive fine art prints onto Perspex for Aston Villa FC and also some interior manifestations for the College of Food. The printer is very easy to use, reliable, fast and produces truly stunning displays. It's a great printer and we are looking forward to getting the most out of it over the coming months."

The Seiko ColorPainter V-64s produces 720 x 720dpi print with CMYK and LcLm colours at speeds of up to 16m2/hr in quality mode.
