Drytac to showcase new materials at ISA Sign Expo

Drytac will use ISA Sign Expo 2018 in the US later this month to showcase new products, including three OptiTac mounting adhesives and Polar Burst print media. The new products will be available in the UK later this year.

Polar Burst is a 3.7mil printable, satin-finish, self-adhesive, reflective vinyl with a removable grey acrylic adhesive that allows for adhesion to smooth, flat surfaces. Compatible with latex and UV printing technologies, it is approved for both indoor and up to three-years' outdoor use. New OptiTac is a 1.5mil optically clear PET film for face mounting of images to clear substrates such as PetG, Plexiglas, acrylic, polycarbonate and glass. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use - and said to offer excellent UV stability - it is ideal for lenticular imaging applications, backlit display transparencies, touchscreen displays and photographic and inkjet printed images. OptiTac Removable has the same benefits as OptiTac but with a removable adhesive on one side, allowing for the reuse of expensive materials such as Plexiglas. OptiTac CF is a 1.75mil unsupported pressure-sensitive, permanent solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by a clear PET release liner on both sides.
