Mutoh will introduce its new ValueJet 1638UR at Viscom in Dusseldorf, 8-10 January.
The 64in-wide roll-to-roll 6-colour UV LED printer integrates two latest generation piezo drop-on-demand printheads producing print resolutions up to 1440 x 1440dpi.
It uses Mutoh’s new US11 UV LED CMYK, White and Clear 0% VOC inks, available in 220 ml cassettes and 800 ml packs (500 ml for white) for printing on the widest range of roll substrates. Media roll weights up to 100 kg can be handled by the machine.
