Global Graphics wins Queen’s Award for Enterprise

Global Graphics Software has won a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for its ScreenPro technology.
One of 220 organisations nationally to receive the honour, Global Graphics Software’s award recognises the development of the ScreenPro screening software that corrects quality defects that occur due to the physics of jetting ink onto substrate, and which is now in use in several applications including wall coverings, textiles, ceramics, packaging, flooring and labels. Justin Bailey, managing director of Global Graphics Software, said: “We are humbled to receive this honour from Her Majesty the Queen. It recognises the innovative thinking of our teams and the quality of the software they produce. ScreenPro has the potential to transform digital print. It makes it possible to print a greater number of jobs digitally by removing artefacts from printed output. As a supplier to the global printing marketplace I feel sure that this award will help us with sales of our technology in countries who associate British technology with the highest quality.” Global Graphics Software plans to celebrate its award during a royal reception for Queen’s Awards winners in the summer, and later in the year, a celebration for all employees at its Cambourne head office.
