Caerphilly-based printer CPS group has a new MD - from the beds sector. Paul Little, who has spent the past 14 years as executive sales and marketing director at Relyon and Steinhoff UK Beds, takes over the helm from founder Simon Green.
Little is now responsible for the strategic development and leadership of CPS, which is currently recruiting additional staff to handle a booming order book, focusing on new business development.
Green, who set up the business 30 years ago and who will continue his involvement with the group, said of the new appointment: "Paul brings a wealth of sales management, strategic planning and brand marketing experience, that the CPS Group will find invaluable".
During his time at Relyon, Little was responsible for relaunching the Dunlopillo brand in the UK. He said of his new challenge: "I am really excited to join a progressive forward thinking and dynamic company at a very exciting time. I look forward to working with the team and helping to lead them into a new chapter of the group's growth."
CPS offers large-format, digital, litho and flexo printing. It has also grown to become a major supplier of labels to the carpet and mattress industries and works closely with the medical sector.
