Tallon Graphic Solutions (TGS) has brought out a major upgrade to its Flow artwork management system.
Flow is an SaaS software solution to streamline, track, and approve packaging designs and artwork, allowing users to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, organise approval workflow chains, and proof graphics.
The system now offers enhanced asset management capabilities for both 2D and 3D files. Users can bulk upload assets, share assets directly from the library, and open assets for review. The asset library in this version has been organised with a hierarchical folder structure for a better user experience.
Users can now also set participants for multiple jobs, edit metadata on multiple jobs as a group, and clone jobs. The ‘Jobs’ feature has been further refined by incorporating job-level notes that are visible within the ‘Activity’ overview for improved communication and coordination within projects.
There is expanded 3D file support - users can upload 3D files to Flow for viewing, complete with a preview.
