InkTec Europe has taken on a new senior business development specialist to drive consumable sales across the UK and Europe. Gary Walker has joined the senior management team to focus on inks and media, particularly the OEM inks and the latest DTF and UV DTF solutions.
InkTec Europe MD Joey Kim said of the appointment: “We are delighted to have Gary join the team, as he will be bringing his extensive knowledge and experience of the sector. Alongside being focused on consumable sales, he will be using his connections to also expand our dealer / distributor network both in the UK and across Europe.”
Walker, who started out in the industry at Grafitec and worked more recently at Print Equipment/Sublisplash, said: “Many who know me, will recognise how quality, reliability and support are of the utmost importance to me. Joining InkTec Europe has been a natural next step, as they provide the full mix of inks, media and printers. In fact, over many years I have often competed with them and so know them well and am delighted to now be working on the other side with them to offer their full range of inks.”
