As of 1 January 2024 Josero will be fully integrated into Soyang Europe’s operations and be renamed Soyang Hardware Ltd.
Soyang Europe acquired specialist wide-format equipment dealer Josero in May 2022 and it has since continued to operate under the Josero name. The rebranding is intended to unify operations and strengthen Soyang’s overall market presence.
Mark Mashiter, Soyang Europe group managing d, said: “We kept the Josero brand for the past 18 months to help ensure customers of both Soyang Europe and Josero suffered the least amount of disruption after the acquisition. Following a smooth transitional period during which both businesses thrived, we have decided to make the move to ensure continued success as a single combined entity.”
The current hardware offerings from Josero will remain unchanged under the Soyang Hardware and it will continue to offer technologies from Fujifilm, Jetrix and Mimaki, and on the finishing side Bubblefree, Meevo, Plastgrommet and Vivid.
