swissQprint is using Fespa Global Print Expo 2024 to announce a 36-month parts warranty on all its large-format printers, starting from machine delivery.
“We make this promise with confidence, because we only ever use high-quality components and our printers are robustly built and very reliable,” said Carmen Eicher, chief sales and marketing officer at swissQprint.
The new warranty provisions apply with immediate effect to all new machines and for all models, namely the Kudu, Nyala, Impala and Oryx flatbed printers and the Karibu roll-to-roll printer. The provisions stipulate preventative maintenance intervals.
