CIM Signs and Graphics doubles in size

Norfolk-based PSP CIM Signs and Graphics has doubled the size of its operation after investing over £1m in workspace expansion and in equipment, including a Kongsberg C64 Edge.

The company has spent the last 18 months adding to its premises and installing new kit, including swissQprint Nyala 4 last year following a £54,200 grant from the LEP's Growing Business Fund. The new Kongsberg cutter was installed earlier this year and is being used for a wide range of printing projects including creative 3D corrugated cardboard designs, packaging, displays, signage, labels and decals.

Managing director Mark Baker, said: "We’ve been planning this expansion for quite some time now and we’re thrilled to have officially moved in to our new space, which has allowed us to reconfigure the whole building providing us with spaces for key areas such as van wrapping and wide-format printing.”

He added: “Our investment in the Kongsberg C64 Edge is not merely about acquiring cutting-edge technology, it's a commitment to enhancing our service. The speed and precision offered by the C64 Edge contribute to reduced lead times, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.”
