Using the T3 Fabframe it distributes, Tecna UK has created a replica London Bus for event use by renowned DJ Norman Jay. The three-quarter-scale bus has now appeared at events around the world including the Snowbombing Festival in Austria where Jay was found on half way up a mountain, playing to amazed partygoers.
The bus was built using the T3 “connect, twist and lock” system. The T3 frame was then clad in fabric graphics.
Simeon Wicks, managing director of Tecna UK, said: “It’s not everyday that we get involved in such a unique project as this one but jobs like these show exactly how versatile T3 really is. Easy build was a really important factor in this job as the bus needs to be built quickly by different teams of unskilled labour in various locations. It takes as little as two hours for two people to build this bus set for Jay.”
