The Printing Charity honours Victor Watson

Victor Watson has been presented with a Pro Merito Award by The Printing Charity. Watson, a former trustee and national president of the charity, is also a past president of the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF) and has been the president of PrintYorkshire for the past ten years. The award is in recognition of his work on the charity’s behalf.

“Victor is recognised as the father of today’s print industry through his business leadership and drive for innovation,” said Stephen Gilbert, The Printing Charity’s chief executive. “We’re honoured that he continues to work on our behalf, helping to spread the word that we are there to help current and former employees in printing and publishing and their families.”
