Epson continues to target the printed textile market with the introduction of the SureColor SC-F9200 at Fespa 2015. Available as of October, the 1.6m dye-sublimation printer prints up to 720 x 1440dpi and at speeds up to 97m2/hr in draft mode, 56m2/hr in production mode and 27m2/hr in quality mode.

Gandy Digital has taken the wraps off its new UV flatbed inkjet printer, the Gladi8tor.
First installs for new look NoeCha1
Italian-based NoeCha has shown Fespa 2015 visitors an updated version of its first large-format flatbed printer, launched in an earlier guise last year. The new version of the 3.2 x 2m NoeCha1 is equipped with a new UV-LED cold cure system designed by the company that originally used mercury lamps, a semi-automatic loading bed, and an easier to access printhead carriage.
Mutoh announces ValueJet 1624X

EFI takes orders as it shows off new products
At Fespa 2015 EFI announced a number of orders as well as new kit additions. Amongst the new orders is online PSP Flyeralarm, which is taking a fully automated EFI Vutek HS100 Pro high speed press, and German company Wissinger, which has bought a fourth Vutek printer, its second Vutek GS5000r.
AEG makes its international début with Voyager Pro
AEG has made its Fespa debut by showing its Voyager Pro UV-curable series of hybrid roll-fed and flatbed printers. Changeover from rigid to roll materials is said to take less than a minute.
Brett Martin brings out Marpet-a FS aPET
Brett Martin has brought out Marpet-a FS aPET, a new range of high optical grade polyester sheets. Available in thicknesses of 2mm, 3mm and 4mm, it is said to provide good strength to weight ratio, workability, chemical resistance and fire performance. While Marpet-a FS is more suitable for flat and cold bending applications - eg POP display stands, poster glazing and illuminated signage - it can also be thermoformed and hot line bent within a controlled temperature range to avoid crystallisation
