Epson is bringing out two large-format MFPs - the 24in-wide SC-T3100M and 36in-wide SC-T5100M. They are aimed at those printing assets for the retail and hospitality sectors as well as those handling technical drawing, plotting CAD and GIS maps.
The machines print and scan direct to and from USB Scan to encrypted PDF, PDF, JPEG, TIFF. They incorporate Epson Precision Core Micro TFP printheads and have up to 100m roll capacity (cut sheet up to A1).
Both the SC-T3100M and SC-T5100M are supported by the Epson Cloud Solution Port platform that enables users to update and monitor equipment across several sites.
The SureColor SC-T3100M will be available from December and the SureColor SC-T5100M from spring 2021.
