Following Roland DG’s purchase in July of a 50.1% stake in UAB Dimense the Lithuanian company’s name has now been officially changed to UAB DG Dimense. The move marks the beginning of its operation, under a new organisational structure, as a Roland DG group company.
UAB DG Dimense has total assets of 6,748,812 Euro (as of 4 October 2023) and is headed by CEO and director Aleksey Etin, supported by directors Andrew Oransky and Takafumi Shigenoya.

By leveraging UAB DG Dimense’s core technology of digital embossing printing solutions, Roland DG aims to accelerate the digitalisation of wallpaper and decoration print.
