MTEX Solutions has launched various new products into the textile printing space at Fespa Digital, including the MTEX Pad, MTEX 5032 Pro and MTEX W&D. The intention is for the company to be able to offer complete turnkey solutions those printing onto textiles in signage, interiors or fashion.
The MTEX Pad pre-treats and coats materials and can be used inline with the MTEX 500 and MTEX Turbo 1.8m wide printers, effectively allowing users to coat their own media prior to printing. The production speeds is between 30 and 140 linear metres per hour.
MTEX 5032 Pro is a second-generation version of the most MTEX 5032 3.2m wide textile printer. There is a new integrated platform on this Pro model as well as a new feeding and take-up system, which uses compressed air. There is also a new continuous ink feeding system.
The new MTEX W&D washer and dryer completes the offering. It has four washing tanks and a water treatment and re-use system, as well as a dual drying system that can reach drying temperatures of up to 200 degrees.
