Durst has acquired Aleph to strengthen its position in water-based and sustainable printing technologies. The move also serves Durst as a bridge to Como, Italy, seen as the centre for textile design/applications.

Ken Archbold has joined Compass Business Finance as head of credit. Over the next three to five years, Compass is looking to double the amount of money it is putting into the market via its own book and intermediaries. Exhibition stand design and build contractor Quadrant2Design has become the first company in the UK to adopt InkTec’s new 3.2m Jetrix XGR320 roll-to-roll LED UV printer. It will be used to produce exhibition stand photo floors.
